1. Service

Oradivo (oradivo.glowclue.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia. By using Oradivo you agree to these terms.

The Oradivo guides are free articles about Bible passages and prayer, written for reflection. Each guide quotes Scripture from a public domain or freely licensed edition, credited on the page. The site is supported by advertising.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Oradivo.

3. Plans and billing

The guides are free. Nothing is sold on this site and no payment details are ever requested.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or automate access to the site, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others. The Scripture texts keep the licences of their editions; our own text may be quoted briefly with a link to the page.

6. Disclaimer

The guides are offered for reflection and prayer. They are not medical, psychological, legal or any other professional advice, and they do not replace pastoral care or the help of a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we may update or remove content without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oradivo and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Oradivo after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of Oradivo, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
